Two-Day Soda Challenge
I’ve been doing a good job cutting back on soda and working the calories into my meal plan on the days I do drink one. Now, I want to up the ante and swear off soda for 2 days in a row!
My personal challenge to finish off the week is to go Thursday and Friday with NO soda. I know I can do it; I just want the accountability of making this announcement and promise that I will do it!

I don’t think I ever asked you this, but do you not like diet soda? I don’t. If I drink soda, which is rare, I’ll drink a regualr Pepsi - my fav.

No, Nancy, I can’t stand diet soda. Artificial sweetener tastes nasty to me, plus it makes me literally sick. I’d rather have plain water than diet soda.

great job!!! pop is soo good, but think 2 cans and you could have a candy bar or some ice cream instead! lol probably not the best way to think of things, but it’s all a trade off!
