Weekend Game Plan


Finally Friday!  I’m ready for the weekend, and ready for the kids to be with us.  I am pretty much guaranteed an active weekend when the kids are home :)

Weekends can make it tough to stick to a diet, so I am planning for the weekend now.  My goals are to:

* Work out both Saturday and Sunday, at least 30 minutes each day.

* At least one of those days will be weight training.

* To keep my food diary

* To check in at least once here; it helps me stay motivated!

Next week I want to start hitting some of my lingering bad habits.  One is particular is my soda addiction!  I need a 12-step program!  I’ve kicked it before, though, so I know I can do it again.

    I know you can do it! Do you drink regular or diet soda?

    Regular; the artificial sweetener in diet makes me sick. I cut back to almost no soda at all before, then let the nasty, evil habit creep back :)

    good luck. I still drink 1 diet soda a day as a reward for drinking my water. Plus is helps my sweet tooth at night. But I have cut the smoking so far so good day 3…
