Update and Weekly Goals
Just a quick update: I ended up not working out last night, so today I doubled up and did Tae Bo and then hit the elliptical trainer. My workout log finally has writing on it!
My goals this upcoming week:
* To work out every day (no excuses!)
* To weight train at least 2 or 3 of those workouts
* To keep up my food diary
* To lose at least 2 pounds!
