Celebrations and Challenges for this Week

Some things I would like to take the time to celebrate this week:*My size 8 pants fit really well again
*A ring I haven’t worn in a long time fits again.
*Being able to finish the P90X Plyometrics workout TWICE this past week
*The jug of unsweet tea in my fridge that replaced the soda that is usually there
* The kids working out with me and having fun
*Gary telling me he is so proud of me and the changes I am making
*Seeing my cheekbones again! As soon as I gain weight, I get chipmunk cheeks, and I’m glad to say farewell to them.
*I am 5 pounds away from being in the 130’s again.
This week has some challenges I need to prepare for, like a huge meeting I have to coordinate tomorrow at work, complete with a catered lunch (yes, with desserts!) It’s going to be a crazy busy week, but I have taken a non-negotiable stance on my workouts. No excuses, no bullshit. It’s the only way to make sure I lose 2 pounds this week!
