Four Miles, then Four Pounds

I went running this morning and ran 4 miles, which felt great.  Then I weighed in for even better news: I lost 4 pounds this past week and am down to 146.5!  Only 7 pounds away from the 130’s again!

My goal for this upcoming week is to drop 2.5 pounds and get down to 144. 

Today I’m wearing a pair of size 8 capri jeans that had gotten snug when I gained weight back.  Now they fit great. 

It’s a wonderful feeling to be back in the game and moving in the right direction again!  I’m not quitting until I see 130 on the scale again!

    wow 4 pounds in 1 week I miss those times… great job!!!! You are so motivating MJ :] Keep up that hard work it’s showing you’ll be back down to the 130s in no time.
