Three and a Half Pounds Finally Gone!
Okay, let me explain my weight tracker. I have been so inconsistent lately, and I haven’t even been weighing in on any kind of schedule until very recently. The last time I dared to face the scale, it read 154, but I never changed my weight tracker because I wasn’t sure how accurate that was, given I weighed in during the evening instead of the morning. So even though my weight tracker is actually up from 149, I lost 3.5 pounds since the high of 154 and am down to 150.5. I’m disappointed I created all this weight to re-lose, but I am proud that I ditched 3.5 pounds through sheer hard work and sweat!
Now to get to work on the rest of the nasty little pounds. I did great last week working out, but I could have been more consistent with my meal plans. I’m going to continue using my food diary and focus on sticking to it this week. I want to dip back into the 140’s by my next weigh-in!

Yeah, I get tired of changing that tracker back and forth…back and forth. So, I change it only sometimes lol. Yet, I know where i’ve been and what I am now…so its ok.
I’ll be looking for you to come back and scream….yeah baby…i’m in the 140s next week.
