Just a Quick Update

Weekends fly by so FAST!  We have had a great day with my boyfriend’s kids.  I love how active they are (and how active they keep me!)I tried my first P90X workout today, the Plyometric workout.  Yep, a solid hour of leaping into air…let’s just say I was definitely sweating, and I am certain my legs will be sore tomorrow!  It felt great.  I added on the P90X Ab Ripper and will do weights tomorrow.

Tomorrow starts the Extra Boost workout mini-challenge, part of the Ten Week Challenge, and I’m very excited!  It will be so motivating, keeping track of my points this week.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying active!  Weekends can be difficult to stay on track, but the weekends are the same as any other day in one regard: each action and each choice bring you either closer to your goals or further away.  I planned out my workouts for this weekend since I knew it would be especially challenging to fit them in with the kids here, but I knew I had to make my health a priority and make the time to work out. 

Sorry I couldn’t be on much today to read and comment and help support my buddies! I just really prefer to spend my time with the kids while they are here. I will be back Monday to catch up!

    Wow, it sounds like an action packed weekend. I hope you enjoyed the kids. I’m sure they are a workout within themselves.

    Nice going! You really are going to inmspire more and more people as you pursue your goals here.

    That is awesome. Keep up the great work hun! I think you are so right to stay off of here to spend time with the kids, that is such important times for them and you to bond! Keep up the awesome working out and thanks for the inspiring talk about weekends! That’s so very true!
