Sore Shoulders, Happy Heart!

Last night I did an hour of weight training, then 10 minutes of buns and legs exercises.  The weight training video had a heavy emphasis on shoulders, one of my favorite body parts to train, and I am definitely feeling it this morning!  I am sore and loving it.  My body is moaning, groaning, creaking, coming alive again!

I revised my workout schedule yesterday and made a chart.  I love charts!  Give me something to fill in or track or write down, and I am a happy lady.

If you are looking for a simple, basic food diary, check this one out:

Food and Water Chart

I found it on ChartJungle.com yesterday and will start using it on Sunday.

So, with 13 pounds to go to goal weight, I figure at 2 pounds a week, I can be back at goal weight within 7 weeks.  That is by April 4th.  Be on the lookout for new pictures at my goal weight!  This time I’m hitting it hard and not stopping until I get there.

That is great girl! Keep at it. I know you can do it! :-) I’m glad that I have another buddy who loves the 10 Minute Solution vidoes! Which ones do you have? I want to check some more out but have to wait till we get on our feet a bit more before going out and buying some. Haha. Keep up your motivation! Only 13 lbs to go!

Deanna, I have a kickboxing and a dance 10 Minute Solutions DVD…I don’t know their names right off the top of my head, but I love them!

KylieJo, that website has a few water charts too! Check them out. The food diary has a place to check off your water too.

I love your positive attitude! You’re so close and almost there so give it 200% right now. You’ll be at your goal before you know it. Your body is in pain now, but will love you for it later.
